hydroTREAT systems are specifically designed to handle the wastewater from concrete operations including hydro demolition, truck washing, and any other operation that yields alkaline concrete residues. 

All systems feature state-of-the-art instrumentation and control systems using our proprietary  “Optimized Hybrid Batch” pH adjustment technology. 

Completely automated operation requires no operator attention other than periodic instrumentation calibration and maintenance. Remote monitoring via facility SCADA, building management system, or Internet link is available. 

Rugged construction allows this system to be installed anywhere outdoors.

Treatment Chemicals:

When used strictly for concrete products the use of Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) is preferred over the use of mineral acids such as hydrochloric or sulfuric acid.  The hydroTREAT family is specifically configured for use with CO₂ and can be used with CO₂, mineral acids or a combination of both.
