hydroTREAT pH Neutralization systems are specifically designed to handle the wastewater from concrete operations including hydro demolition, truck washing, lime, portland cement, mortar,  and any other operation that yields alkaline concrete waste products.  These are continuous flow through pH Adjust systems that handle continuous or batch flows through the use of an influent equalization system which is standard on all of our hydroTREAT pH Neutralization systems.

All of our pH systems feature state of the art instrumentation and control systems using our proprietary "Optimized Hybrid Batch" pH neutralization technology.

Completely automated operation requires no operator attention other than periodic instrumentation calibrations and maintenance. Remote monitoring via SCADA, building management, or online / Internet connection is available on all of our pH adjustment systems.

Rugged construction allows this system to be installed anywhere outdoors and on unimproved surfaces.

Treatment Chemicals

When used strictly for concrete products the use of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is preferred over the use of mineral acids such as hydrochloric or sulfuric acid. The hydroTREAT family is specifically configured for use with CO2 and can be used with CO2, mineral acids, or a combination of both.

Standard Materials of Construction* -Epoxy Coated Carbon Steel

*Alternate materials of construction available.
